Crystal-clear purified water and biodegradable solutions, chosen for each fabric. Spot treatments only where they are needed. No harsh chemicals, no unnecessary soaking.
Restored with care
Loose pearls, sequins and lace overlays are protected and re-secured. Seams stretched on the day are reinforced to bring back the original structure and drape.
Preserved for generations
Hand-shaped, pressed and layered in acid-free tissue inside an archival box that guards against light, dust, humidity and yellowing.

Inspection
A thorough look at every inch of fabric for hidden stains, wear, loose embellishments and anything that needs special attention, including sugar and wine stains that may not be visible yet but can cause yellowing over time.

Wet cleaning by hand with purified water and gentle, non-toxic solutions designed to protect dyes and keep colors bright and crisp.

Restoration
Embellishments are re-secured, stretched seams are reinforced, and the dress is expertly pressed to bring back its shape and smooth lines.

Your gown is folded into a museum-grade, acid-free preservation box with layers of acid-free tissue, protected from yellowing, humidity and environmental wear, and ready to be passed down.

What is the difference between cleaning and preservation?
Cleaning addresses stains and soiling. Preservation follows cleaning and includes protective, acid-free packaging designed for long-term storage.
When should I preserve my wedding dress?
The first 7 days after the wedding is the ideal window, while stains are fresh. Two to three weeks is still highly effective. After one to two months, invisible sugar- or alcohol-based stains may begin to oxidize and yellow. Dresses stored for months or years can still be assessed and restored.
How long does cleaning and preservation take?
Cleaning and preservation typically take 6 to 12 weeks from the day your gown is received, depending on its condition and the service level.
How is my estimate determined?
Your estimate depends on your gown’s fabric, construction, condition and the care requested. Share the designer, fabric, embellishments, any stains or damage, and photos, and the team prepares a personalized estimate.
Can you restore an older or heirloom gown?
Yes. Share its age, storage history and any visible discoloration or damage. Older gowns receive an individual assessment, and the process is tailored to older fabrics and delicate aging textiles.
Can I touch my preserved wedding dress?
Yes, with care. Wear clean cotton gloves, or wash your hands thoroughly, to avoid transferring oils that can cause yellowing over time.
